KURARAY POVAL™ KX grades

KURARAY POVAL™ KX grades – High Molecular Weight PVOH

KURARAY POVAL™ 200-88 KX, KURARAY POVAL™ 200-88 KX SB, and KURARAY POVAL™ 105-88 KX SB are high molecular weight polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) with branched structures. KURARAY POVAL™ 200-88 KX, and KURARAY POVAL™ 200-88 KX SB give more shear thinning behavior as well as higher extensional viscosity compared to conventional PVOH. This makes it suitable as a rheology modifier in a number of applications like adhesives, tissue production and paper coating. KURARAY POVAL™ 105-88 KX SB gives good protective colloid property and high viscosity in emulsion polymerization. As all PVOH KURARAY POVAL™ KX grades show good film forming properties and high dry strength.

Enhance the quality of your products with KURARAY POVAL™ KX grades and take advantage of the benefits from using PVOH of a world-leading company.
