Vitor Godoy, Technical Service & Development (TS&D) Engineer, will hold a presentation on the topic “Advancing Recyclability of PVOH-Based Barrier Coatings in Mono-Material Flexible Packaging.” As the industry accelerates toward mono-material structures, this session explores how polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH)-based barrier coatings can enable recyclability, without compromising performance.

On the Exhibit Floor, Kuraray highlights KURARAY POVAL™ and EXCEVAL™, both built on proven PVOH technology. The polymer is inherently biodegradable and delivers high-performance solutions for sustainable paper and flexible packaging applications.
